Who is this coach?
I am a professionally trained coach, credentialed (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation. I can walk beside you to help you set specific goals and create attainable steps, and can provide guidance and accountability. My specialties, by way of directed training and practice through ELCA networks, are in Discipleship and Mission Development/Congregational Vitality. I am equipped to coach ministry professionals, volunteer leaders, congregation members or groups, and families. I currently work as an independent coach, as well as an ELCA Discipleship Lab Coach, and a coach for the Cultivating Generous Congregations, ELCA World Hunger Synodical Leaders, and the Life of Faith Holy Innovation initiatives.
